Back to business – and a new look to our website
During the pandemic we’ve been fortunate that we’ve been able to keep working.
We’ve supported the PPE effort by volunteering our services and our manufacturing capabilities to produce narrow fabrics for visors, scrubs, gowns and masks for NHS frontline staff and keyworkers.
We’ve also manufactured thousands of metres of narrow elastics and covered elastomeric yarns for medical applications.
Throughout coronavirus and Brexit, we kept our supply levels constant, our manufacturing units running and our staff and suppliers safe. It’s been testing and really tough at times, but we managed to come through it without a break in production or supply for either new or existing customers.
Safety guidelines will continue
We’ll be keeping all our existing safety measures in place for the foreseeable future and for as long as government guidelines tell us we need to.
So we’ll still limit travel and non-essential visits to our sites and take full precautions while we’re at work, particularly when our teams are handling deliveries or samples of textiles. Masks, gloves and hand sanitiser will be available throughout our offices and reception areas.
But we’d like to assure customers that we’re open as normal. We’re able to offer our usual service and product range to customers in the UK, Europe and globally and supply a variety of industries – from activewear and lingerie to medical and law enforcement.

To welcome what we hope will be a much more positive period for all of us, we’ve rebranded our website in line with our global parent company, www.stretchline.com. You’ll see a much more dynamic and colourful website which really demonstrates the flexibility and versatility of all of our products.
And of course, we’re known for our branded innovations and large portfolio of products, such as Stay4Sure which uses silicone coating technology to gently but securely adhere to the skin, and BondeLast, a unique product that harnesses seamless technology for comfort and performance.
Innovation is part of our culture. It’s seen us grow to become Europe’s largest manufacturer of narrow fabrics and we’ll continue to develop products that exceed expectations in performance, strength and durability, and do the job that our customers need.
